Providers are independent businesses or contractors who are solely responsible for their own work, conduct, and obligations.

We offer a voluntary verification process. Providers who display a Verified badge have submitted documentation (such as a business license or ID) that our team has reviewed. However:

• Verification is a basic review, not a background check or guarantee of quality.
• A verified badge does not mean a provider is insured, bonded, or licensed for your specific job.
• Unverified providers may still be listed — you decide who to hire.

• Ask for references, proof of insurance, or certifications before hiring.
• Meet in a public place first or have someone present during the service.
• Agree on scope and price in writing before work begins.
• Trust your instincts — if something feels off, cancel the booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tapping out. is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with any provider. You engage providers at your own risk. Any dispute is strictly between you and the provider. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

If a provider behaves unprofessionally or you have a safety concern, please report them through the platform or contact us directly. We may suspend or remove providers who violate our standards.
